In our day to day life, we found our self struggling for taking decisions which are important for our self or any of our family member life.
The decisions sometimes stuck in our mind due to overthinking about its negative consequences,
Our mind is made in such a way that it accepts the negative-ness first, it alerts us from the bad consequences of any decisions because we are born & brought survivors so our mind also shaped to think in that way.
But, we can conquer the jumbling in our decisions by following below simple steps
1] First we have to stop thinking for a moment to control the up and down of thought process.
"REST OUR MIND FOR A MINUTE TO RUN IT WITH FULL THROTTLE" this will speed up the process of thinking and help to remove the negative thoughts.
2] The very first question we should ask our self, why are we taking the decision and think about its long term benefits to you and your family or the person relevant.
3] We also think about Plan B such as alternatives for the decisions and the actions to counter if the decision fails then we must have another plan to counter the negative impact of the decision.
4] Take some time and make yourself feel that you have taken any decision, think how your gut is feeling about your decision before finalizing anything.
5] Before making any decision take advice from others, those may be your friend, relative or any person who is living with the decision which you are going to take, so with their experiences, you can prepare your strategy to find the "Win-Win Situation"
6] And in the end make your mind accept that nobody can be perfect in taking decisions if your decisions fail or you have to take another way to alter your decisions. there could be a negative impact of your decisions but we should make ourselves strong to countering the Bad impact by making your strategy decision along with negative impact counter plans.
