We should do Surya Namaskar can start with 10 "Surya Namaskar" Daily, till increasing our strength to reach the count of minimum 50 Namaskara in a day to get a better result from it, Surya Namaskar contains a full-body stretching from Toe to Head & it also required breathing cycle included in this type of Yoga, Surya Namaskara helps stretch the body muscles and removes congestion, It also stretch our stomach to get abdominal stretch to lower its fatty curve, it also helps to enhance our chest muscle shape.
Stretching:
Stretching is the best muscle exercise we can do below shown stretching exercises to enhance our muscle strength which included Arm stretching, Neck Stretching, Back & Front Body stretching, Legs Stretching, Pulling & Pushing Exercises, etc.
Seat-up:
Seat-up is the best exercise to enhance our leg & abdominal strength.
Along with Morning Jogging, Walking, Yoga and Pranayam above exercise will help to improve your immunity to fight with viral disease.
