When we fell ill our immune system woks unknowingly to fight with the virus and reasons for illness to cure us.
What is the Immune System?
The immune system consists of various things such as Cells like White Blood Cells, Special Organs & Body Chemicals, etc. which helps to internally fights with disease and cure the health-related problem by itself and sustain our body from energy loss.
And nowadays due to various viral infections and hectic schedules of working which invites Diseases & Instant Body Energy Loss which can cause a problem for us.
And, that's why there is a need to understand our immune system & make us prepare that way so we can develop antibodies to fight with illness.
Due to strong immunity, seasonal diseases can also be prevented which helps you to make healthy & happy forever.
Friends, we would like to share some tips so you can also improve your immune system to make yourself healthy& Happy.
Routine:
Yes, our routine is the base where we can change to make ourselves healthy & immune, so we all have to check our routine and try to improvise it towards healthy habits every day.
Exercise & Meditation:
Friends we must devote at least half an hour daily for Exercise, Stretching, Yoga, Swimming, etc, We have to start our day with a routine workout which helps to send more oxygen to our heart to stimulate more blood supply to all our body parts, it also helps to provide necessary oxygen to our body, Stretch & relaxes our Muscles.
Diet:
We must plan our routine diet in a healthy way and necessary of our body energy required for day to day work, such as if you are doing desk job then you need less fatty & more Fiber & vitamin enriched food, and if you are working any Physical Job then you need more calorie, Fiber & vitamin enriched food, which balances your body energy. More intake of Vegetables, Fruits & Natural unprocessed food helps to make our immune system stronger.
Quit Smoking / Drinking:
Friends, Most of the people have a habit of Smoking, Eating Tobacco, Drinking Alcohol & Drugs, see those are doctor certified bad habits, which don't need any proof that those are not good for our health, but due to our habitual consumption most of the people are not bothering themselves to work and relief from those bad habits, Smoking not only bad for yourself but it is also unhealthy for your family or siblings who live with you, Alcohol is not good because it controls our mind thinking process and also affect our Liver, which is dangerous for human health but also to society. So we must determine strongly and make yourself free from those Bad Habits. Remember those are a part-time pleasure but long time pain, and we must avoid it.
Hydrating Body:
Friends we must drink plenty of water to make our immune system stronger & help our body to reduce the harmful chemical from our body, We must drink 8 to 10 Liters of water every day, Water helps in Good Blood Flow, Essential Vitamin & Mineral flow to our vital organs, it also works as a Joint friction lubricant, drinking warm water every day helps to in diseases like blood clotting & heart attack symptoms.
Routine Health Checkup:
Friends nowadays due to Pollution & less healthy food diets we are losing our body energy and we can get any disease unknowingly, and finding it at the last stage is not always good, So, we must visit doctor's for a routine health checkup to know our health status & through expert consultation, we can make us more healthy & immune.
Friends we must look to gather more health-related information to make us more healthy and have an all great success & healthy life for our family's happiness.
