What to be keep in mind during daily Exercise?

We all know its tough time to the whole world during PANDEMIC, but it is well said that the strongest with immunity and willpower will survive the battle.

And we hear to help you in keeping yourself healthy & happy.

Routine exercise is a healthy practice to boost our immunity and increase our stamina.

Today we are going you through things which to keep in our mind what to do and what not to do during a routine exercise.


Things to keep in our mind while Exercising!

1] Initial start for Exercise must be done with warming-up our body, like Jumping Jack, Jogging, or Running which helps in stretching our muscles & Joints and make them ready to bear further exercise stress and avoid muscle Ache or Joint Pain with extensive exercise.

2] Keeping Hydrating Body well during exercise benefits in a good way to our body, Helps in keeping Good body fluid volume. During Extensive exercise, our body releases body fluid in form of Sweating, and drinking plenty of water or Juices during exercise helps in keeping that fluid balanced.

3] Overexercise must be avoided, We must start exercising with a few of steps and keep them increasing day by day as per our body exhausting feelings. If we try to do Harder exercise on day one then it will make us sick on another day. So it is always good to avoid hard exercise on day one.

4] Good diet is essential during exercising. The diet helps in filing the energy level which exhausted during exercising. A good diet is always recommended by Gym Experts to get more and more benefits from our Routine Exercise.

5] Good and airy ambiance during exercise is essential during Exercising, With good Airflow, our body received more Oxygen which makes a good impact on our body during Exercise.

6] Routine exercise is essential to us, there should be negligible Gaps in our daily exercise routine. If we don't make exercise as our daily routine then it won't give us better results to our body. So remember Effective is only when it's Routine.

7] Breathing and Yoga are the best and proven result oriented Exercise type, And it must be added along with our daily exercise. Breathing Helps in increasing the Body Oxygen Level, Increase the strength of our Lungs & helps in reducing respiratory blockages.

8] Do only which is Appropriate. We must do exercise in a given pattern only or as directed by Gym Instructor. If we are not following the Exercise pattern in its proper way then it may harm our body. So doing exercise as instructed by Trainer is always preferable. We must check the correct pattern of exercising and then only do it regularly.
 
9] While weight lifting its recommended t start with Lower Weight First and for stretching also little stretching steps should be preferred first, which will save you from excessive muscle tension.

10] Learn to read body signs and symptoms during exercising. It will help you to know the effect of exercising on your body and you can stop on time before you harm your own body.

11] It is always safe to check Gym Gears before starting exercising, which helps to avoid gym accidents.

12] Wearing correct Gym Dress of Langot or Cloths like Tee & Shorts, Gym Pants, Gym Wear & Shoes are important parts for comfortable exercising.

Exercise time must be relax with no thoughts except a healthy body and good life, Exercise place should be well ventilated with full of fresh natural air which will enhance your exercise effectively on body with Great Result on Health.
