Vitamins for Human Health & Fitness

Today I will share information about important vitamins required for our body & their sources,
Friends, vitamins are the supplements of our body which enhance the functioning of our body & keep us away from deceases.

In general, many people prefer eating multivitamins to maintain good health and protection from disease.

I like to share the information that how you can add the organic vitamins reach food in your day to day diet habit so your body can get the supply of vitamins naturally & you become fit & fine.


Vitamin A: Friends vitamin are very much important for our health because, due to extensive pollution, or smoking habits our lungs & our life is in danger and vitamin A helps to fight lung cancer,

As per doctors' research, it is being observed that the smokers who intake vitamin A in their food have more immune power which protects them from Lung Cancers.

Also due to the decay of vitamin, A Skin Deceases can increase, or Eye related diseases can also affect the human body due to lack of vitamin A.

Vitamin A we can get from Cod Liver Oil, Fish, Meat & Egg York. & in Vegan Milk, Cheese, Carrot, Papaya, Avocado, sweat Potato, Mango Broccoli, etc.

Magnesium: Magnesium is also an important mineral for our body it helps our muscles to function properly & relaxes our body, also it helps to absorb the important vital vitamins, calcium for well function human body.

Magnesium is found of Green Leafy Vegetables such as Spinach, Fenugreek Leaves, Almond & Beans are also the sources of Magnesium.

Vitamin C: Vitamin C plays an important role in strengthening the human immune system & stop our Body cells from Ageing, Vitamin C also called water-soluble so it can reach our human body in very little time after consumption. Vitamin c is available on most of Sour Fruits such as Orange, Grapes, Lemon, Cherry, Red Chile, etc.

Iron: Iron is an essential part of Hemoglobin in our human body. Iron Deficiency leads to anemia, Problems to Infant during pregnancy to women.

Iron can be gain for our body by eating Spinach, Beans, Cod Liver Oil, Poultry Items, Red Meat, etc.

Vitamin D: Its an important vitamin for our body to strengthen our bones, due to lack of Vitamin D bone-related problems, the disease can attach Human Body, Vitamin D Helps to extract calcium from our food & provides it to our bones & make them strengthen. The best source of Vitamin D is to take sun Ray Bath when Early Morning Sun Rays come in contact with our open skin, it generates vitamin D. Also, it contains in Broccoli, Egg York, Cereals, etc.

Omega 3: This is also called as Fatty acid, and it helps our brain to function smoothly, we can intake Fish, Fish oil such as Cod Liver Oil, plants oil, Walnuts, China Seeds, etc.

Vitamin B 12: It helps in conversion of Food into Body Energy,  Deficiency of B 12 makes our Body Numb & feeling weakness, Vitamin B 12 Can get from Meat & Yeast & Yeast Based Milk Products.

Ubiquinol or Co-Q10 Vitamin: It helps to oxygenate our body & prevent heart-related diseases, It founds in Cod Lever Oil, Fish Oils, Shell Fish & Peanuts & Oily Seed Items
