Renowned actor Shreyas Talpade recently experienced a heart attack, leading to his prompt admission to the hospital. The distressing incident occurred shortly after he returned home following the completion of the film shoot.
Upon completing the shooting for "Welcome to Jungle," 47-year-old Shreyas Talpade conveyed his feelings of unease to his wife. In response, he was immediately admitted to Bellvue Hospital in Andheri, Mumbai, where it was revealed that he underwent angioplasty.
During the day's shoot, an anonymous source revealed that Shreyas Talpade appeared in good health, effectively managing his filming responsibilities. He even added a touch of humor by cracking jokes on the set and actively participating in adventure scenes for "Welcome to Jungle." However, upon reaching home, he began experiencing discomfort, prompting his wife to swiftly take him to the hospital. Simultaneously, he also felt dizzy, as reported by ANI.
The hospital administration provided an update, stating that Shreyas Talpade underwent angioplasty around 10 pm on the same day, and his condition is currently improving. Despite a day of successful shooting, he started feeling restless after returning home, leading his wife, Dipti, to urgently admit him to the hospital.
Shreyas Talpade has established himself in both Marathi and Hindi cinema, with notable roles in films such as "Iqbal," "Om Shanti Om" alongside Shah Rukh Khan, and voicing the Hindi version of "Pushpa." He has been part of hit movies like "Golmaal Returns" and "Housefull 2." In Kangana Ranaut's film "Emergency," he portrayed the late former Prime Minister of India, Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
The incident occurred following Shreyas Talpade's completion of the shooting for "Welcome to Jungle," a star-studded film featuring Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Lara Dutta, Sanjay Dutt, Paresh Rawal, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Johnny Lever, Kiku Sharda, Krishna Abhishek, Rahul Dev, and Mika.
