The water called a Life "Jal hee Jeevan" is called because the first lifeform known is born in water. the very first life form ever known on the earth exists in Water first, and it shows us how the water is important for life on our earth, and to us humans.

Our Parents, Teachers & Doctors always tell us to drink more & more water daily, is it really important and what are its benefits?

Yes, there are plenty of benefits of drinking plenty of water.



First, we see, as per a scientific study by a team of doctors averagely a Human must consume 3 to 4 liters of water every day it's near about a minimum of 8 glasses a day is a must for healthy life & a well-hydrated body.

The human body consists of 60% of the water-based fluid, and it must be kept running helped by drinking adequate water.

Water not only hydrates our body but it has below important benefits

1] Drinking plenty of water keeps your blood flowing in veins & it helps to increase energy, and also it controls our blood pressure.

2] Water is a carrier of important Oxygen, Minerals & Vitamins to various parts of our body it benefits us to make us healthy & fit.

3] at the time of exercising our body sweats a lot and releases harmful body chemicals & minerals and from our body & intake of a good amount of water during exercise helps to replace those mineral losses during exercise and helps to detox us.

 4] our body releases waste through urine by filtering it in kidneys & drinking plenty of water keeps our kidney & all internal organs function well.

5] Drinking a good amount of water keeps our body temperature Normal.

6] Drinking warm water can help to remove the Blood clotting & vain blockage in the human body, keeps us away from Blood Pressure & Heart, Kidney Diseases.

7] Water also works as a lubricator for Body Joints, so drinking adequate water helps in Body Joints Healthy working.

8] Drinking a good amount of water helps our body during the digestion process and keeps our Gut healthy.

9] Drinking water helps our skin and outer part hydrated, and it helps to keep our skin healthy.

10] Drinking water in short intervals may keep your stomach full, and helps you to eat less eventually it helps to reduce intake of more calorie which helps you to reduce weight.

How to Drink Water

1] CAUTION: Drinking excessive water during an intense workout or athlete sports may lead to health problems so it must be avoided.

2] Intake of Warm water with Honey / Lemon on every morning on an empty stomach can help our body more, to detox & well hydrated.

3] Water must drink with frequent intervals, drinking Warm water benefits us more.

4] Drinking water kept in a Clan Copper Pots have Good benefits as said in "Ayurveda" it helps us a lot by cleaning our kidneys, balancing "Three-Body Doshas"  called as "Vata" "Pitta" & "Kafa", it also stimulates Brain, Heart & Digestion Functions.
