Today in our busy lives, when we see healthy people following rigorous diet & working outs and showing their six, eight pack ABs and muscles we also sometimes feel we should follow their routine, and we tray it also, but eventually, we fail due to lack of continuity & dedication.
But, is Eight Pack AB's or Gaines Muscles are the sign of Good Health,
Maybe not, because nowadays we hear or sees around us that someone healthy person passes away suddenly by stroke or someone detected other Sevier diseases like cancer or Diabetes, so overall no-one can predict his tomorrow's health status.
So, do we really need to take care of our Health or to Enjoy Life by neglecting it?
No Neglecting health can cost us for life so it is not the option,
Then is doing more health cautious and following rigorous health plans like TV or Movie Stars can be an option, I will say yes if you are in Show Biz OR in such a business profession where your show health can measure your performance then you are free to work out on your health.
But, do an average working professional should follow them. Yes, they can. It's always our own choice, but it must be regular else it is of no use.
Now, in today's polluted working environment, with changed eating habits & long working hours, travel time one can't do much for his health.
No worry at all, health is not only for showing others, but it's also for keeping you safe from diseases & body energy loss comes with aging & working conditions by staying healthy to enjoying life with our loved ones.

Periodic Health Checkup: Yes friends regular health checkup & vaccination is the most important thing to do by every person if he wants to live long & healthy life. Many hospitals & Labs offering health checkups & consulting packages on an annual basis and it is better to spend some money on identifying the disease on the first stage & take necessary precautions than spending money on curing it. it is better to buy an annual health checkup package for our family to keep them safe from diseases.
Good Routine: We all have our daily routine but sometimes we don't care small things such as exercise or eating habits, and this may cost us badly when we feel ill & we lose all our energy & money on it, So it's better to spend few minutes on exercise & meditation which will not only relaxes our body but also activate energy cells in our body, most of the time our Eating habits are affecting on our health, eating improper & unnecessary than a requirement of our body is not at all good for our health. A good diet equals good health. Nowadays eating out is fashion but it inviting health problems so it is better to avoid eating out, homemade fresh food is always best.
Habits: Friends I suggest you think 1000 times before doing any bad leisure thing because once you started you will become its slave, I am not talking about Good Habits those are Bad ones such as Smoking or Drinking Excessive Alcohol, Partying over Night or any Body Posture habit, all those are not good and can be a reason to harm our body so once must watch & stay away from them. After all, you are the one who decided what is good for you & your family.
Body Fluid: Our body contains 70% of Fluid and it needs to flow in our entire body continuously, if it stops to flowing we will become dead on another moment, So drinking Lots of Water or Juices is important for keeping good health, our yellow & smelly urine indicates us that there is need of drinking water to our body & we must watch it regularly & drink lots of water for good hydration of our body.
Sleep: Sleep is called a rebirth of the human body. Because while we sleep our body cells consume the proteins & vitamins and revdite the body energy, and so a good sleep of 5-6 hours according to your routine is important. It is better to sleep in the night than a day because day sleep makes us Lazy exhaust energy and Night Sleep makes us Crazy Rush of Energy.
Body Colour: There are scientists research in the UK proved that the person with Good Oxygen & Blood level shows the healthy skin the Glowing, Moist & yellow-toned skin displays healthy body.
Hair: Yes our hair loss and dandruff show the sign of problems with our health, Low level of blood Ferritin & Iron causes for Hair Loss and it can identify with regular health check-up if you see a sign of hair loss or dandruff when you comb.
