Meat & Poultry Products plays an important role in our health, if you are not vegan then you have a good chance of gaining your health while doing a workout.
But by only eating chicken it's not possible you have to eat collectively all items such as Egg, Meat, Fish & Chicken by frequent intervals in a month, its been advised by doctors to consume all of them in a single day, it may crate digestion & other health problems.
Yes, Chicken can be eaten every day in lunch or dinner along with rice or multi-grain or wheat bread or some spicy curry as per your choice, Also one can try the chicken soup in his daily meal or breakfast is also beneficial for health.

Just we have to eat Fresh items of non-veg whatever we have to eat, and we must avoid deep-fried, Hybrid Meat/ Chicken & expired or more Cold stored meat this may have a bad impact on our health.
