While reading the title of this post, non-spice eating people can say that Spices are luxury eating.
but according to research spices are not only good for health but also they supply vitamins to our body & also helps to relieve health problems.
I would like to mention some of the spices good for our health
1] Cardamom: cardamom is used as a food flavor enhancer but do you know it contains vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron Zink & Calcium, which helps in curing digestion, respiratory & skin problems. Cardamom is eaten after meal India, It also added as flavor enhances in sweat dishes & lemonade.
2] Turmeric: Turmeric is called the natural anti-bacterial &anti inflammatory, it helps in curing infections, Alzheimer's, Depression, Have anti-Cancer Properties & also helps in curing cough problems. It is widely used in daily cooking in India, Turmeric with warm milk is good for immunity boosting, also is applied on minor cut wounds to stop the bleeding & cure it early.
3] Ginger: Ginger is widely used in cooking as well as in Tea & Drinks in day to day life in India, Ginger helps in flexing & cleaning the muscles & arteries, most useful in heart diseases & high Blood Pressure, for reliving in winter cough & cold one can drink the garlic tea or garlic added boiled water or soup.
4] Cumin Seed: Cumin is used worldwide cooking as a taste enhancer, this is also called a natural diet supplement, eating quarter tablespoon cumin seeds or cumin powder added in a glass of warm water helps to lower the body fat.
5] Garlic: Garlic is another spice used in daily cooking in India, Garlic contains allicin when we crushed or chop it releases, which helps in heart diseases, lowering blood pressure & cholesterol.
6] Cinnamon: Cinnamon is also called as a Diabetic Food, it is also widely used in Asian cuisine, it helps in lowering cholesterol & have anti-bacterial quality.
7] Chilly: Chilly is widely used as a taste enhancer, but to you know it helps in increasing metabolism & keep our gut & Blood vessels healthy.
