Dear Reader,
Our Human mind is so much activity in thought processing that an average human thinks 60 to 80 thousand times in a day and 2500 to 3000 thoughts an hour which human a super-thinker species on the earth.
We, humans, are today going through many new Age Diseases such as Depression and Anxiety and it also leads to various Heart & Brain Diseases, Effect on Human Health Growth & Immunity eventually, and the main route cause of overthinking. Due to stress working hours & harsh competition environment, a person starts over thinking about any incident or for any object in his life which leads him to create negative thoughts in his life.
1]Accept: We have to accept our-self about the change or any happened incident, if we divert our mind to accept then we can stop our-self from overthinking easily.
2] Distract Mind focus: We have to best think that if we decide we can distract our mind, We have to focus our mind from one thing to another positive thing so we can stop the overthinking and its negative impacts. in-short we must learn to fool our mind.
3] Give Time: everything one cannot control or predict, we have to give more time to the things settle down after an incident, we have to accept our self that those things will change into positive by accepting that it will take more time to change into what you want.
4] Positive thinking: We must learn to view positive aspects of every incident, and by that way only we can find the positive ways to deal with difficult things and take out positive thoughts from it.

] Nothing and nobody can be Perfect: make yourself realize that nothing and nobody can be perfect, one cannot predict happenings in future, so make realize our self that you cannot control the happening the thing you can only control is to make a way out in a positive way.

] Find Own way Towards Happiness: Inner Happiness is a key to make one distract from overthinking, and it can be found from simple tings by just Talking with People, Reading Books, Listening Music or by Exercise Meditation, we can choose things which can divert our mind from excessive thinking towards inner happiness.
