Tips for Protecting from Summer Heat Effect
1] Must drink enough water / Juice / Coconut Water etc.
2] Use Sun Cream, Protective Lotion
3] Avoid Direct Heat Exposure, use full cloth, Head Cap, Umbrella.
4] Take precaution not to go from Air Condition Chilled Environment to Directly in Summery Heat Environment it may give your body a temperature shock and may result in weakness.
5] Eat Fresh Food only, avoid microwaved food.
6] Eat Lots of Juicy Fruits for well body hydration & Energy Supply.
7] Keep a Glucose water bottle with us while outing.
8] Avoid Eating Excessive Ice Cream or Cold Eatables it may create cough later on.
9] Take necessary care from Mosquito Bites during the summer.
10] Wear Light Color Clothes for excessive sweating relief.
11] Habit to take bath 2 times a day in summer to cool & freshen up the body.
12] Join Swimming pool in summer to enjoy the swimming & cool off the body temperature during summer.
13] Avoid eating Heat Generating Food in Excess such as Dry Fruits, Non-Veg, Egg Items.
14] Avoid Eating Out during summer because food should be fresh & most hotels are using the refrigerated food all year which in summer there are more chances to spoil up due to excessive outside heat.
