Immunity Boosting Food

The whole world is shattered due to Novel Corona Virus Spread, China, USA, Italy, Spain such big & technologically advanced countries are fighting back to save their peoples from the infection, but the main root of COVID  -19 that it attacks your immunity system so below we are giving you information on few of Immunity-Boosting Foods to make your body strong to fight with Virus Infection.

We always need a balanced lifestyle which includes a Nice Sleet, Regular Exercise & Balanced diet which helps to improve our immunity system to fight with seasonal diseases

Also, there are few food items that can be included in our diet to make our body Immune & Full of Energy.


Citrus Fruits: Citrus Fruits such as Orange, Lemon, Kiwi, Grapes, Tomato's, Red Bell Paper are vitamin C Reach foods and we must add them in our daily dieting to increase the Immunity of our health to fight with Viral Infection. Fresh Seasonal Citrus Fruits are beneficial for eating in the form of salad.


Broccoli: Broccoli is being eaten in many countries available easily & being used as a Main Vegetable, Broccoli contained vitamins like A, C & E, also contains Fiber & Antioxidants which helps to increase Immunity of Human Health.

Broccoli can be eaten as a salad, Boiled or main course Gravy vegetable.

Turmeric: Turmeric is an ancient Spice used widely in many cousins in the world, Turmeric is an Anti-Inflammatory & antibacterial quality which helps to immune body health & helps in curing muscle damage, it is also used as antibacterial, Wound Healing & skincare product in many of the countries.
