Basic Gym Equipment and their Use - Dumbbells

Dear Readers,

Today we are giving information on basic Gym Equipment,

"Dumbbells" is the primary Exercise equipment used for Arm Workout.

Using the correct method of dumbbells is start from choosing the Lightest weight such as 2 kgs as a start,

As per shown in below image the Dumbbells' can use by holding it in your hand, and bend your hand in 90 degrees straight and then pull it up, initially 15 repetitions would be 

Another image is instead of pulling dumbbells up, you can hold it downwards and pull it in direction of your chest.

Dumbbells help to strengthen the Hand Muscles, and it helps to shape the Bicep. 

Always consult your Gym Trainer for the correct use of dumbbells' to get good results from your work out.

Gym Etiquates - Must follow

Dear Readers,

A gym is a Public place where we often go to Pump our Body, and off course there are some rules and one must follow them for better surroundings while you work out.

Be Alert of Your Surrounding:

A gym is a place where there are lots of equipment, and those are handled by other fellow Gym Users, so always ask before using any Equipment, ask a trainer to help you using the equipment, or ask any Gym Fellow to demonstrate the use of the equipment and then slowly start using it, Wrong use of Gym Equipment of Exercise Technique may accidentally harm your body, So, must ask before using any equipment.

Concentrate on Body Building rather than Discussing

Sometimes Gyms become Gossip Places, but it's not actually, you are in the gym to make yourself fit, so one must concentrate first on it, and then you can do you regular gossiping. You can make friends in Gym, but you must concentrate on your workout rather than unnecessary gossips or Personal disrespectful Commenting on Somebody is also not good for Gym Environment.

Ask Before Borrowing

If somebody is using any equipment, and you want to use it, then you must ask another Gym Fellow, Taking any equipment without asking shows our rude behavior.

Clean up

Sometimes due to workout seating any equipment may wet with our swellings, so one must clean it before putting it down after exercise, Uncleaned equipment may spread unhygienic environment & make other Gym Fellow Uncomfortable. also, we have to keep out belongings at a designated place or in Gym Bag, don't keep belongings on any equipment or in a way to disturb Gym fellow. 

Carry own Gears 

We must carry our own Gym Bag Containing, Towel, T-Shirt & Trouser, Shower Cap, Gel, Swimming Suit, Water Bottle & Food as per our regular requirement and not to use others belonging without prior permission, of Fellow Gymmer it's rude & unhygienic

Put Equipment's Properly

After use we must keep out gym Equipment in Gym, in their rack as per Order, or in a designated place from where we picked it up, there are other fellow members who also want to use those equipment's

Personal Space

We must Give Personal Space to Other Fellow Employees and also maintain a safe distance while workout & using Gym Equipment's it may allow Accidents at Gym Place. 

It also not a place to hang out which can be done after workout Hours. It will bring health for us by Physically & Mentally and that is most important.

Always Listen to Trainer

In Gym Trainer is the only expert who can help you in your health program, So, he must be consulted before making any decision about your starting workout in Gym.
