Its winter welcoming us, most of us are preparing for Christmas holidays, but remember its time of cough & cols also, in an outside freezing environment, and we have to take care of our self.
Along with good warming up exercise & medication, eatables are helping us to worm up inside.
What happens if what you eat will take care of winter for you then will you be double happy.
Yes, and that's why I hear mentioning some eating tips for you which will keep you warm in winter from inside.
1] Dry Fruits: Yes friends, dry fruits like Pista, Almonds & Walnut will keep you warm from inside. that's why start eating dry fruits in winter to stay away from affecting outside freezing cold.
2] Papaya: Friends do you know papaya keeps you warm in winter, and its healthy also, so eat Papaya Fruit in winter for a good & worm body
3] Ginger Tea: Friends in winter nothing is great than a worm Ginger Tea, so drink ginger tea & enjoy your day.
4] Egg: Friends if you are not a Vegan then there is no health threat than eating Eggs in Winter. It may be Boiled or Omelet or scrambled or Half Fry whatever you like to eat Egg in winter & stay warm.
5] Worm Water: Yes friends worm water drinking is good for health & drinking worm water in Winter will keep you stay away from Cough & Cold.
6] Honey: Honey is the best natural food to be eaten in winter, it will help relief in cough problems eating honey in warm water or with ginger will confirm us in outside cold.
7] Jaggery: Jaggery is another good healthy eatable in the winter season, actually not the only winter it is all season eatable which not only gives us iron, magnesium & B vitamin but it also gave us the energy to fight outside cold, Eating Jaggery with Peanuts or roasted / cracked Black chickpeas is the best way to get relief in cough problems during winter.
Friends eating fruits in winter is not good except few like Banana, Papaya & Kiwi, etc.
Also, Alcohol, Carbonated Cold Drinks, Ice Cream, Yogurts, Lemon of any sour eatables, Deep Fried items should avoid.
