Food for the Winter to keep us worm & allergy free.

Hallow friends,

Its winter welcoming us, most of us are preparing for Christmas holidays, but remember its time of cough & cols also, in an outside freezing environment, and we have to take care of our self.

Along with good warming up exercise & medication, eatables are helping us to worm up inside.

What happens if what you eat will take care of winter for you then will you be double happy.

Yes, and that's why I hear mentioning some eating tips for you which will keep you warm in winter from inside.


1] Dry Fruits: Yes friends, dry fruits like Pista, Almonds & Walnut will keep you warm from inside.  that's why start eating dry fruits in winter to stay away from affecting outside freezing cold.

2] Papaya: Friends do you know papaya keeps you warm in winter, and its healthy also, so eat Papaya Fruit in winter for a good & worm body

3] Ginger Tea: Friends in winter nothing is great than a worm Ginger Tea, so drink ginger tea & enjoy your day.

4] Egg: Friends if you are not a Vegan then there is no health threat than eating Eggs in Winter. It may be Boiled or Omelet or scrambled or Half Fry whatever you like to eat Egg in winter & stay warm.

5] Worm Water: Yes friends worm water drinking is good for health & drinking worm water in Winter will keep you stay away from Cough & Cold.

6] Honey: Honey is the best natural food to be eaten in winter, it will help relief in cough problems eating honey in warm water or with ginger will confirm us in outside cold.

7] Jaggery: Jaggery is another good healthy eatable in the winter season,  actually not the only winter it is all season eatable which not only gives us iron, magnesium & B vitamin but it also gave us the energy to fight outside cold, Eating Jaggery with Peanuts or roasted / cracked Black chickpeas is the best way to get relief in cough problems during winter.

Friends eating fruits in winter is not good except few like Banana, Papaya & Kiwi, etc.
Also, Alcohol, Carbonated Cold Drinks, Ice Cream, Yogurts, Lemon of any sour eatables, Deep Fried items should avoid.

Diabetes is the most common disease found due to today's changed lifestyle, Due to eating Junk Food, Non-Fiber & Fatty food & Without proper exercise, anyone can invite diabetes for his health.

So, diabetes Starts when Pancreas a Gland behind our stomach stops creating insulin which helps to carry sugar to our blood cells to create energy but when insulin supply lower in our body it affects energy loss in our body.

Identifying symptoms of diabetes is not easy, it may be just an Excess Hunger / Thirst, Excessive Urination, Numbness in Foot / Hand, blurred vision, or nausea, so it is recommended to annually test our sugar level & consult with a doctor.

Diabetes is dangerous, it can affect our life very badly, it invites diseases like Heart, Kidney, Blood Pressure, Lower Vision, Immunity Loss, Skin Diseases & Many More.

So, how to prevent & treat diabetes?


1] Do Regular Exercise, Mediation this can only help to burn excess fat & keep our body immune.

2] Have a Fiber Reach Diet such as Cereals, Grains, Leafy Vegetables & eating Magnesium reach Fruits with Skin


3] Stop eating Junk Food, Smoking, Alcohol & avoid those food items which increase the sugar level of blood.

4] Cinnamon intake can help one to control diabetes to it can include in regular diet toppings.

5] Intake of Aloe Vera Juice can also help during the Diabetes recommended 20 ML of Aloe Vera Juice on an empty stomach every day is beneficial.

6] Bitter Gourd juice is also effective in diabetes & can drink 20 to 30 ML a day is beneficial for health

3 M for Healthy & Happy Body

Dear Readers,

Every day our routine is fixed and we have chosen it for our self because we need to do it to become happy, we have to go to school to become graduate, Have Skills to get a Good Job or Business Source, We go to Office because we want to complete assigned work in time so we can show it during appraisals for Hike & Amenities by an employer.

Have you think is it the only possible known goal of today's human life, But trust me, friends, it's not the ultimate goal, Its the "Complete Happiness"

And if we want to become Happy we must need Good health & Mind to enjoy the happiness in what condition we are.

And for it today's life mantra is 3M IS "Mindset, Motivation & Meditation"



1st) "Mindset": Mind is the most powerful thinking machine gifted to Human, and who controls on his mind automatically he can control himself.
Mindset making is important before doing any good things, our mind must sense positive vibes to us we should train it to do the same. 

To control on the mindset we first learn Positiveness in our life by any means, talking with positive people, reading books, visiting places, anything you can do to make yourself positive, control on your emotions is another step, we must learn to control on our emotions & learn to let go difficult time to see the good one. Search things in which you are interested and try them, learn new things will keep your mind busy, and last but not least change your mindset for "Yes, You Can Do it"

2nd] "Motivation": For doing anything one needs a motivation, this is also needed to succeed in the goals which we are perusing in our life.


Motivation has 2 types 1 is internal & another is external, Internal motivation because we can only self be motivated us by thinking on our past achievements, out fights with difficulty & our winnings reminding them will create a positive vibe in your mind & it motivates you to do to anything, also you have to imagine the happiness when you will become successful in your goal what happiness you get is also improves the internal motivation

External Motivation is received from the external sources like anybody's success stories, if we read them then our mind automatically started thinking the success for our self, our friends, family members they can also become our motivation if we share our thoughts & they like it, they will always support us & motivate us in a difficult time.

3rd] Meditation: Overstress & unhealthy body invites the unhappy thoughts & diseases, which can destroy your routine life and Meditation is the best thing to include in our daily routine to relieve stress & rejuvenate our body. Meditation can help as a stress-buster in our hectic life. Meditation is the best medicine for our Health.

Meditation can be anything it can be a Good half an hour Exercise, Yoga, Swimming, Cycling, or Jogging, Rope Jumps it can be anything but it must regularly follow to turn it into a Habit.

Meditation helps us to concentrate our mind and remove the negative thoughts, It relaxes our muscles, enhances Breath & Oxygen Supply to our Body and recreates the energy needed to live a healthy life.

While dieting many peoples suggest not eating rice to lose weight faster. Can it be True?



No friends only quitting any food items with 130 calories in 100 Gram is not sufficient for a Good Diet, it includes overall Exercise & Planned to eat with goal setting So one can win the weight loss.

Rice is an important staple in many of the countries, Some people eat rice items in three times meal.  Then is rice is good for the diet because your body needs some energy and it comes from calories.

There are two types of Rice one is White Rice & Another is Brown Rice,

White rice contains 130 Calories in 100 gram and brown Rice container 112 calories on 100 gram, but Brown has had more vitamins than White rice, so brown rice or rice made food items are recommended to eat in Lunch or dinner during the diet.

Rice is Fiber reach food it gives Carbohydrates & Nutrients to our body & hence it must be included in our diet food yes you can intake low quantity or it or alternate day intake you can choose a suitable option as per your choice.

Yes, the persons with Diabetics or High Blood Sugar Level issue can quit rice and eat other food with less Fat because rice can increase the sugar level in the body.

So, in the end, if you are on dieting then Instead of Quitting rice you can quit or lower the intake of White rice & eat Brown Rice in your Lunch or Dinner which will help you to lose weight & keep going energy supply to the body.

Diet Food - Searching the Perfect Diet Food

Dear Friends,

We all want a Healthy Body in fewer efforts,

By the way "Fewer efforts" its not digestible right, and it's true also because until & unless we give our 100% to anything how can we expect results.

But you can lose weight with minimum exercise & well planning on what you ear every day.

Diet means most of the people assume less intake of calories or hardcode fasting, Less eating yes but it says proper intake of calorie & hardcode fasting not recommended it's not favorable for health.

Then how to do dieting & what to eat during dieting.

When we want to lose some pound weight on our body, we must look for regular Exercise at least 20-30 minutes of exercise includes  Cardio, Running, Speed Walking, Yoga, Dips, Surya Namaskara, Sit Ups, Push Ups, Body Stretching Exercise or any Machine Exercise can be sufficient to meet the daily calorie burning.

But we need to decrease the fat and increase the vitamin supply to the body to make it Fit.

Diet must contain 3 meals a day but we have to take  Good Breakfast Better Lunch & Least Dinner.

During Diet, we have to eat breakfast 30 minutes after doing exercise. So, it will convert in energy in a better way.
Breakfast can be heavy according to exercise, and it includes Salads, Sprouts, Milk Without Sugar, Juice, Egg, Fruits such as Banana, Apple, Orange, Avocado, Grapes & other all Juicy fruits.


Lunch will be Full what we can eat best includes Salads, Curd, Brown Rice, Indian / Wheat / Jowar/ Barley/ Multigrain Breads, Green Vegetables, Rice, Lentil Soup/ Dals, Curd, Fruit Salad, Milk Products, etc. and lunchtime will be around 12 to 12.30 in the morning.

Dinner will be the lowest what we can consume as per our body requirement. If we are on diet, then the idle dinner time will be between at 6 to 6.30 in the evening and dinner can include Soup, Garden Salads, Boiled Potato, Sweat Potato, Cheese, Milk Shakes, Eggs, Meat, Fish, Cornmeal, Sea Food, Brown Bread, etc.

We should consume most of the natural food Green Leafy Vegetable, Fruits & Eggs, Fish in case a Non-Vegetarian Person, Also intake of Regular & Sufficient water will help to not only hydrate us but it also makes out stomach full so you will habitually eat less, Drinking of 3-4 liter of Gentle Worm water every day helps to keep body minerals retained & flowing.

If you want to lose your weight then you must follow the Above Diet along with Continuous Exercise, will help you to Gain the Muscles & lose excess weight,

Sit Up & Down is an Another exercise Type in which you just have to sit up and down in a straight & continuous till your stamina, it will stretch Leg Muscle & Joint,s.

It's Another Exercise which is also called a Fully Boy Exercise, in which along with stretching your muscles you add strength work of hands & leg, it relaxes your muscles, increases breath strength, Abdominal relaxation, Hand & Legs Muscle Relaxation.

Before starting any Gym of Home Exercise one must worm up exercise to relax their muscles.

We all are living in a very fast and unbalanced life era nowadays, We are so busy in our day to day ambitious life that we don't pay attention to our family and our health.

See, everybody could have his own ambitions, his own priority but along with paying attention to family gives us happiness and strengthen our bonds, as well if we loose to pay attention to our health and small problems, it may increase to a big problem.

Physical Fitness is not just Curves & Muscle but it is the increase in the immunity & energy level of our body to fight with diseases, a daily harsh working environment & still have the energy to spend quality time with our family, that's the true fitness in real sense.

and Guys its really difficult to live on a hospital bead you know? it's really hard for everybody in the family to see us lying on the hospital bed.
So, Friends, you know that in our Physical Fitness & Health our real happiness is hiding and you will get it when you explore it more.

Suppose you have a healthy body with that energy you can spend quality time with your family when you come home after hard day work.

If you need to become an owner of a healthy body you have to follow a routine.


1] Sleep: Sleep is the most essential body process, we must take a good sleep to recover the energy, So, we must get used for sleeping early & wake up early, if you have a night job then accordingly take rest in the day and follow the routine.

2] Workout / Exercise: One of the most important things to revive your energy for Lifetime, you should do a Regular Home Worm up or Gym Exercise anything possible you must do. Remember it Must be Routine and never avoid it. Doing daily worm up exercise / Yoga/ Gymming/ Swimming can give your body a fresh supply of oxygen, Muscle strength & Good Digestion which helps to increase Immunity and body strength.

3] Balanced Diet: Friends we become what we eat and it rue, if we eat Junk Food we become Fat and by Eating Healthy & Fresh Food we become Healthy & Fit, So, plan your diet, you can consult with bodybuilders, can browse on the internet or consult with your Gym Trainer, but remember it must include natural eatables,  You can start less consuming Sugar. Healthy Food like Milk, Sprouts, Grains, Vegetables /Meat / Eggs & Pulses must include in routing diet food, Avoid eating extra Oily or Deep Fried Food. Try to eat all 3 Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner as per our traditional method, avoid excess eating in Evening it must be healthy & Light.

4] Drink plenty of Water, Juices, Coconut Water, etc to keep Body Hydrated and Flowing during & after Exercise, also it helps you to keep your stomach full and helps you to decrease more calorie intake

5] Avoid consumption of Alcohol & Smoking which is already declared bad for Human which attacks immunity of the human body.

6] Avoid more time spending in front of Mobile or TV screen instead go for a walk or talk with friends or family, Play any Indoor or Outdoor Game, that's the real fun of life.

7] You will Get What you Saw, and as per this old saying if you follow a healthy way of life you will definitely become a Healthy Body Owner.

8] Last but the not least we have to fix Physical Fitness with the aim of our life then only we can effort more & taste the success happily with our loved ones

9] Regular Health Checkup is also essential for a fit body to find any issues with our health & cure them in time.
